Psychonutrient. A class of object or behaviour that has been adapted
in such a way that it enhances human cognitive abilities and mental
wellbeing while maintaining or promoting physical health.
Psychotoxin. A class of object or behaviour that is strongly adapted
to use and exploit human cognitive or psychological biases with an
effect of mental or physical harm on those exposed to it.
